4. Reservation & Medical Responsibility

Medimap facilitates reservations only.
Medical decisions, diagnoses, procedures, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the medical institution.
Medimap does not guarantee medical results or treatment suitability.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Not misuse or disrupt the Service
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
False or misleading information may result in service restriction.

6. Marketing Communications

By opting in, users may receive:

Information about medical events, promotions, and benefits
Updates related to Medimap services
Marketing communications are optional and can be withdrawn at any time via account settings or by contacting customer support.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on Medimap are owned by Medimap or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
